- Return Shipping
- For faulty or damaged items, ASDJ will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For non-faulty items, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. ASDJ is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
- Original Packaging Requirement
- Returns must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories that came with the product.
- Items returned without the original packaging may not be accepted, or the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss of packaging.
- Condition of Returned Items
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition for a return to be accepted.
- Any item showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.
